Information on abstract submission
Authors who wish to submit papers for NES 2020 must first submit an abstract. The abstract should be self-containing, include informative subheadings such as introduction, methods, and discussion. Please follow the word limit for different categories found in the call for abstracts. The abstract is submitted in text format and should not contain formatted tables or figures.
Each abstract will be subject to a review process. Decisions about acceptance or rejection as well as requests for changes will be notified the corresponding author as soon as possible. Each submission should include your name, affiliation, address, country, and email address.
Abstract submission is done using our online submission portal, EasyChair. You need to register and create a user account before uploading your abstract.

Re-submitting a revised paper.
Accepted papers must be re-submitted in revised form. It is mandatory to use the abstract/paper formatting instructions when revising your abstract for re-submission.
The revised paper should be minimum one page and maximum of five pages.
To resubmit your revised paper, you will need to re-enter the online submission portal. Remember you will need your original login details to access this area.
The paper must be submitted by uploading the paper in adobe acrobat (pdf) format.
The final version of the paper will be included in the electronic Conference Proceedings.
All accepted papers should meet the required standards and at least one of the authors must register for the conference in time.
By acceptance of the paper, the author(s) consent to the transfer rights to the Nordic Ergonomics Society to publish, reproduce, and distribute the paper and the extended abstract both electronically and in paper format, without compensation. This transfer of rights includes publications related to NES 2020, as well as for future publications. This transfer of rights does not relinquish the authors' proprietary rights.
